#AbuDhabiPorts is proud to welcome the first Capesize ship at #Khalifa_Port – the first Port in the #GCC to be able to accommodate a #vessel of this size due to widening and deepening of the channel.
Capesize ships are up to 300 metres long and more than the length of 2 football fields! Due to their size, long term shipping costs and #environmental impact is reduced.

تفخر #موانئ_أبوظبي بوصول أحد أكبر السفن العملاقة ولأول مرة بمنطقة #الخليج_العربي إلى #ميناء_خليفة وذلك بعد توسعة وتعيق قناة هذا الميناء. ويبلغ طول هذه #السفن Capesize حتى 300 متر، أي بطول ملعبي كرة القدم. ويسهم استخدام السفن العملاقة في تخفيض تكاليف #الشحن على المدى البعيد وتحسين اجراءات حماية #البيئة
